Definitely the best movie of all time!
I have seen a lot of independent films most pretty good, some ok and a few not good.
The Four-Faced Liar is the most entertaining film of all. The script is brilliantly written by new-comer and co-star Marja-Lewis Ryan.
If you are looking for humor, romance and just a little drama then this is it.
Molly is reunited with her boyfriend Greg, when he moves in with her. On exploring they're surrounds in the village area of New York City, they stumble across a bar called "The Four-Faced Liar". There Molly meets a guy from one of her classes at college. Trip (Terrance Witherspoon McNally III)the womanizing, fun loving and best friend with Bridget...chain-smoking,(also)womanizing, Emily Bronte quoting Lesbian.
As Bridget and Molly spend time together, Molly realizes just how much they have in common. Not just Emily Bronte and Wuthering Heights. Molly realizes, Bridget brings an excitement and passion that she lacks in her life and relationship with Greg. But how can Molly compete with Bridget's womanizing ways.
Todd Kubrak's performance as Trip is spot on. From Bridget and Trip checking out each others conquests trailing from they're apartment, to Trip's comical attempts at getting himself out of trouble with his girlfriend. I can't help to feel sorry for him when he realized just how much he has lost after his girlfriend, Chloe leaves him when she catches him cheating. (I know it is unforgivable)
The research and interviews I have read, tell me we will be seeing more of this ensemble. This talented group has formed they're own production company. I for one will be looking forward to more of Marja's brilliant scripts.
Bridget...Marja-Lewis Ryan
Molly...Emily Peck
Trip...Todd Kubrak
Greg...Daniel Carlisle
Chloe...Liz Osborn
This has to be 10/10
